The Callie Prenatal Pilates program has been formulated to help expecting mums build & maintain the strength they need to grow and carry a tiny human. The program will focus on muscle groups vital for pregnancy and postpartum including pelvic floor activation. We'll send you a kit of equipment which includes everything you need for your prenatal workouts.



The Callie Prenatal program includes:
  • Video overview of exercising when pregnant with trainer Ellie
  • 15 min Zoom PT consult 
  • A library of 5 x 30-40 minute pilates sessions per trimester 
  • Access to our private FB group to share your journey and ask our prenatal trainers questions

How long does postage take?

All our items are sent from Melbourne, Australia within 24 hours of payment being received. Please allow up to 24hrs for your tracking number to be sent through.

Our Packaging

We are doing our best to reduce single use plastic - we currently ship all single orders in compostable packaging (made from corn!). Please remove the shipping label - and dispose of your shipping bag in your compost as you would food scraps. These are also re-usable so cut along the line & re-use as you please!

FAQs

Is it safe to exercise when pregnant?

Why does the Prenatal program start in the second trimester what about the first trimester?

It is considered safe to continue whatever level of exercise you were doing before conceiving, up until week 13 (or your second trimester). 


If you are in your first trimester and keen to get moving with some pilates sessions, feel free to sign up now & start on our Callie App. All of our Callie App pilates classes use the same kit of equipment as our Prenatal program. How much is the Callie Prenatal program?

Our first intake (starting mid-late October) is a one off payment of $69 per trimester. You will also need to purchase a Callie Kit if you don't already have one.

Do I need any equipment for the exercises?

Do I need a Callie App subscription to take part in the prenatal program?

Nope! The prenatal program will sold separately, and accessed via the Callie App.


If you would like some additional "pregnancy safe" workouts we have added this tag to some of our workouts on the premium subscription (these are not specifically designed for pregnancy, but "safe" with modifications).
