Is it safe to exercise when pregnant?
Absolutely! We always recommend getting clearance from your doctor first. There are a number of exercises that should be modified for safe exercising during pregnancy. See our full article on "What to do, what not to do and what if you just can't be effed?"
Why does the Prenatal program start in the second trimester what about the first trimester?
It is considered safe to continue whatever level of exercise you were doing before conceiving, up until week 13 (or your second trimester).

Nope! The prenatal program will sold separately, and accessed via the Callie App.
If you would like some additional "pregnancy safe" workouts we have added this tag to some of our workouts on the premium subscription (these are not specifically designed for pregnancy, but "safe" with modifications).
