Your Callie kit is designed so that you can get your full gym workout using just your bodyweight, natural surroundings and Callie.
The kit is broken down into four key pieces of equipment, designed to target every major muscle group from your legs up to your arms and also give you that vital hit of heart-rate pumping cardio. Each kit contains:
Resistance strength band
Replicate your weights training with our strength band. You can attach them to door handles/legs of tables/ your own feet and adjust the distance depending on how heavy you lift.
Replicates using weights by adding resistance and forcing your muscles to work harder (think weighted squat, without the 6ft barbell) as well as various arm & shoulder strength exercises.
Replicates your reformer pilates workout & adds instability to so many exercises. No need for a reformer bed when you can tackle your skaters, lunges, pikes, planks and more with these two little sliders!
Adjustable Skipping Rope
Replicates cardio in the confinement of your living room. Lightweight, easy to adjust, perfect for all abilities and really gets your heart beating!
The Callie App
With the Callie App you will receive workouts that have been designed using the equipment in your Callie kit. We have a group of awesome trainers who will guide you through no matter if you like pilates, HIIT, to workout in your living room, in the park or even at the beach! There are some free workouts on the app and there is also the option to upgrade for new workouts each week for just $5.5 per week (FREE for the first month) or to our pilates membership for $10.50
