Char is all about getting your heart rate up & working up a sweat with HIIT and Cardio workouts. She learnt her trade being a trainer at F45 and now teaches a similar style of workouts at Callie.
So if want to really sweat, Char is your girl. All of Char's classes offer different options to suit your standard of fitness.

Reformer & Mat Pilates
Ellie is a Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor and brings your Reformer Pilates classes to your living room.
She started teaching Reformer Pilates 4 years ago and is the head trainer at a boutique studio in Melbourne. But don't be fooled by the word pilates - Ellie's classes will make you sweat!

Chloe is a former accountant turned Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor. She left the corporate world to follow her passion for teaching fitness to people of all levels.
