We currently ship to Australia, UK, US and Canada - we are working on adding more countries to this list. We want to share Callie with the world, so if your country is not on this list - please send us an email at hello@callie.fit and we will try to prioritise adding your country to our ever growing list!

How long does postage take?

All our items are sent from Melbourne, Australia within 24hours of payment being received. Please allow up to 24hrs for your tracking number to be sent through.

Australian Orders: from $8.17AUD 
Delivered within 3-5 business days (Metro Areas)
Delivered within 5-7 business days (Rest of Australia)

International orders: from $16.00AUD
Regular post international orders may take up to 20 business days for delivery.

Our Packaging
We are doing our best to reduce single use plastic - we currently ship all single orders in compostable packaging (made from corn!). Please remove the shipping label - and dispose of your shipping bag in your compost as you would food scraps. These are also re-usable so cut along the line & re-use as you please!


RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your Callie order - we will happily exchange any item that is faulty or broken free of charge - please send us an email with images of the faulty/broken item to hello@callie.fit with your order number as well as best address to send the replacement item to.

If for any reason you want to return your item for a refund, please email us detailing the reason for the refund to hello@callie.fit. Items must be unused and in the original condition. Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of your item being delivered. For health & safety reasons we cannot refund our HIIT Mat or any items that have been opened/used. 
We cannot refund individual items as part of the Callie kit or items that were purchased on sale. 

Return postage is up to the customer, we always recommend using a trackable service so you can monitor it's delivery. Depending on what you ordered - most of our shipping bags are reusable, so please stick the new shipping label over ours and use the second seal to close the bag securly.

What is included in the Callie fitness kit?
- 1 x loop resistance band (medium-strong resistance)
- 1 x strength resistance band (light resistance)

- Access to the basic version of the Callie App
- 1 x canvas backpack

How do I find the Callie App?
The Callie App is not in your phones app store - either scan the code on the thank you card in your kit with your phones camera or head to http://app.callie.fit 
This means you can access all of your workouts on your computer or laptop as well as your phone!

Where are the Callie Suspension Trainer workouts?
The 10 minute mix & match workouts for your CST can be found on our online app - head to http://app.callie.fit & log in with your email. These workouts are included with your purchase.

How do I book a 1:1 virtual class?
Make sure you've got the Callie App, then head to the trainer tab & select the trainer you want to book. Pick a time that works for you & get ready to sweat. These classes are $40, and you're welcome to have other members of your household join in, just let us know in the comments when booking. How do I cancel my Callie App subscription?
You may be in and out of lockdown, but you're never locked in with Callie. If for any reason you want to cancel your subscription, just email us hello@callie.fitWe are always trying to make our online workouts  the best we can, so would love to hear your feedback & why you're canceling in this email. 

We truely value the importance of physical health and it's impact on mental health, so please let us know if you are experiencing financial hardship due to the impacts of COVID-19.

What is workouts come with the kit?
The Callie App holds all of our online workouts including HIIT, pilates, strength and more! We have some free workouts included - and upload new workouts each week if you're on our premium subscription ($5.50AUD per week)

What if any of the equipment breaks?
Although we are confident this won't happen if used properly, if anything breaks within 6 months of purchase, send us an email at hello@callie.fit with a picture & we will send a replacement item.

I haven't received my kit - what do I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery times, please check the tracking number that was sent out to you. If you are still unable to locate your parcel please send us an email at hello@callie.fit
