You'll need: Sliders, loop & strength band!

Timing: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. 4 times through.

1. Single leg squats with sliders
2. Plank with slider single-arm breaststroke
3. Seated rows
4. Upright rows
5. Double arm front & overhead
6. Leg openers into air squats
